SCIENTIFIC NAME: Xanthorrhoea Glauca
The Blue Grass Tree, also known as the Blue Xanthorrhoea Glauca, is the most resilient out of all the Grass Tree species and in our opinion, the most spectacular. There are 28 species of Grass Trees, in which, are definitely iconic to Australia. The Grass Tree is rooted in Aboriginal history, having cultural and practical significance for Indigenous people.
These plants are a source of inspiration for not only our landscape designs, but for many other Australian landscapers and their designs.
Our Stock
We have a wide range of Grass Trees starting at Seed Growns (no trunks) up to 2m tall, with multiple branches. One outstanding feature about the Grass Tree is that not one tree is ever the same. Each tree has its own characteristics and shape, allowing customers to each have their own unique tree to their home. Another notable feature of our trees is the thickness of the stem. We have skinnier trees for those that require, with 40cm diameters, or thicker larger trees with 70cm diameters.
Our Blue Xanthorrea Glauca is the most hardy of all Grass Trees, with the highest survival rate. Due to this, we are able to offer a 12 month guarantee policy on all our Grass Trees to provide a sense of confidence and ease with our customers when buying from us.

We provide a 12 month guarantee on all our Grass Trees – granted all prep work and after care we provide is instilled by the owner.
Our Licence
We are fully licensed by the New South Wales Office of Environment & Heritage to harvest the Blue Xanthorrhoea Glauca sustainably from our Farm in Northern New South Wales. We are proud to say that we are one of the largest suppliers of Blue Xanthorrhoea Glauca’s and have one of the largest ranges of variety.
